Graduate Profile

According to the definition of Graduate Profile in the Graduate Learning Outcomes Preparation Guide for Study Programs, the graduate profile refers to the areas of expertise or specific fields of work that a graduate engages in within 1-3 years after completing their study program. The graduate profile is more about the roles and functions of graduates rather than specific positions or types of jobs. It can be established based on studies of the labor market needs required by businesses, industries, and government, as well as the needs for advancing knowledge and technology.

To address the challenges posed by industrial needs and the advancement of science and technology in the future, the Bachelor’s Program in Mechatronics Engineering formulates the following Graduate Profile:

  1. Graduates possess spirituality and values that underpin professional behavior individually and based on divinity, contributing to the improvement of community quality.
  2. Graduates are capable of working both individually and in teams, professionally and responsibly, as well as being able to communicate effectively and collaborate in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary teams, and are ready for further personal development.
  3. Graduates can build mechatronics systems and/or products using mathematics and engineering tools, starting from needs analysis, solution design, development, and testing.

Graduates of Mechatronics Engineering can work in various industries, especially in industries that utilize automated/robotic machinery. Examples include:
