The Electronics Laboratory

The Electronics Laboratory is one of the laboratories in the Mechatronics Engineering Study Program. Activities in the Electronics Laboratory support teaching, research, and community service.

Laboratory Facilities

The Electronics Laboratory is equipped with Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) on each practical table, ensuring that every experiment conducted is safe from hazards such as short circuits and others.

Laboratory Equipment

  • Trainer Kit for Electrical Circuits
  • Digital and Analog Multimeters
  • Oscilloscope
  • Wave/Function Generator

Teaching Activities

The courses served by the Electronics Laboratory include Basic Electric Circuit Practicum, Electronics Practicum, Basic Electrical Power, and Embedded Systems. The Basic Electric Circuit Practicum supports the Basic Electric Circuit course and consists of modules covering:

  • Introduction to Laboratory Instrumentation
  • Direct Current Circuits and Statistical Resistance Values
  • Operational Amplifier Circuits
  • Transient Phenomena

The Electronics Practicum supports the Electronics course and consists of modules covering:

  • Diodes: Characteristics and Applications
  • BJT Characteristics
  • BJT Amplifiers
  • FET Characteristics and Amplifiers
  • Transistor as a Switch
  • Final Project

Research and Community Service Activities

Research in the Electronics Laboratory will focus on the design, development, and analysis of electronic hardware for various needs, as well as programming that supports the hardware. The research conducted will also support community service. Routine community service activities will include training in schematic creation and PCB layout, and the development of appropriate tools that will be applied for the UNPAR community and the general public.
